Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how users can cancel subscriptions or request refunds for services purchased through the Bellbuddy platform. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
- Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the application settings or payment platform. Once canceled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after expiration. - Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of Bellbuddy services, all payments are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:- Duplicate payment due to technical issues
- Payment deducted but subscription not activated
- Verified billing errors
- Refund Request Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Requests made after this period may not be considered. - Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, depending on the payment provider. - Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:- Unused subscription period
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Partial usage of services
- Third-Party Payments
